Interim Financial Reporting |
The accompanying unaudited condensed consolidated balance sheet as of December 31, 2015, which was derived from audited financial statements, and the unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements of Pressure BioSciences, Inc. have been prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (generally accepted accounting principles or GAAP) for interim financial information. Accordingly, they do not include all of the information and footnotes required by generally accepted accounting principles for complete financial statements. In the opinion of management, all material adjustments (consisting of only normal recurring adjustments) considered necessary for a fair presentation have been included. Operating results for the three months and six months ended June 30, 2016 are not necessarily indicative of the results that may be expected for the year ending December 31, 2016. For further information, refer to the audited consolidated financial statements and footnotes thereto included in the Companys Annual Report on Form 10-K (the Form 10-K) for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2015 as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 5, 2016. |
