PRESSURE BIOSCIENCES, INC. (the “Registrant”) was unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2024 (the “Quarterly Report”) by the May 15, 2024 filing date applicable to smaller reporting companies because the Registrant has not yet filed its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2023 (the “Annual Report”). The Registrant anticipates that it will file the Annual Report within one (1) week and the Registrant expects to file the Quarterly Report within two (2) weeks after the filing of the Annual Report.
